Shipping cost Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 8–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas, or because of carrier or customs delays.

Tracking Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after dispatch.

Address errors Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at admin@tagfire.shop as soon as possible. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us at admin@tagfire.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
